Marlene F. Bilek

A celebration of the life of Marlene F. (Brostek) Bilek, 78, of Eastlake, will be held from 3 – 8 PM on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Eastlake Community Center, 600 East 349th Street, Eastlake.

Mrs. Bilek passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born March 3, 1935 in Cleveland, she has lived in Eastlake for the past 48 years.

She was an avid bingo and poker player, and enjoyed visiting casinos.

Mrs. Bilek was employed by the Lake County Board of MRDD, as a cook at the Deepwood Center and as a custodian at Broadmoor School.

Survivors are her children, Melissa Bregitzer, Mary Ann Bilek, Daniel Bilek and John E. Bilek and grandchildren, Robert, Lacey, Brandon, Morgan and Matthew.

Her husband, Robert, passed away November 10, 1982. Her parents, Edward and Mae (Wojtkiewicz) Brostek and brothers, Edward and Jimmy are also deceased.

Private interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township.
