Mary Ann Holmes

Funeral service for Mary Ann Holmes, 76, of Concord Twp., will be at

10 AM Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave. Willoughby.

Family will receive friends 4-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Mary Ann passed away peacefully on January 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born August 1, 1947 in Cleveland, she lived in Concord Twp. for over 30 years.

Mary Ann retired from the Lubrizol Corp. in 2005. She loved cats and all animals. She enjoyed gardening, jewelry making, and reading. Most of all, she loved being with her family. She was extremely devoted to her family and any animal that came into her presence. She was a founding member of Lakeview Bible Church.

Survivors include her partner, Shirley Reigles; children, Lesa (John) Warner and Robert (Linsday) Holmes; grandchildren, Stephanie (James) Mangus, David Warner, Ashlynn Holmes, and Kadyn Holmes. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by mother, Mary Margaret Coalmer; siblings, Billie Gene Mustard and Janet Marie Kidwell.

Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to the Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd. E, Mentor, OH 44060 and/or Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH 44072.
