Mildred C. Cekada

Mass of Christian Burial for Mildred C. (Zoldak) Cekada, 84, of Willoughby, will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 37932 Euclid Avenue, Willoughby. The Rev. Fr. Timothy D. Kalista will officiate at the Mass.

Mrs. Cekada passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at her home.

Born September 16, 1930 in Cleveland, she has lived in Willoughby for the past 56 years.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she was active in the Court of Mary. She enjoyed reading, gardening, being outdoors and staying active.

Survivors are her sons, Barry (Linda) Cekada of Mentor and David (Veronica) Cekada of Willoughby.
She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph, on May 30, 1983. Her parents, John and Mary (Zamiska) Zoldak, five brothers and four sisters are also deceased.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Monday, July 20, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township following the Mass.
