Murray Seldon

Services for Murray Seldon, 85, of Willoughby Hills, will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at The First Covenant Church, 29400 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills.

Mr. Seldon passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his home.

Born September 5, 1929 in Cleveland, he has lived in Willoughby Hills for the past 61 years, and has enjoyed wintering in Mission, Texas since 1991.

He was a member of The First Covenant Church, the Good Sam Club, the Willys Knight Overland Registry, and Model T Club.

Mr. Seldon was an engineer with the former TRW Corporation prior to his retirement.

Survivors are his children, Dianna J. Seldon of Jefferson, Michael E. Seldon of Willoughby and Roger E. Seldon of Wickliffe; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Ann in December 2008; his second wife, Mary Ann in January 2015 and his sons, Thomas J. and Eric A. Seldon. His parents, Jack and Helen (Handelsman) Seldon are also deceased.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Final resting place will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg following the service on Wednesday.
