Orson B. Richmond

Services for Orson B. Richmond, age 67, of Willoughby, will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland (Please meet at Chapel of Eternal Peace).

Mr. Richmond passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 in Willoughby.

He was born April 12, 1948 in Cleveland.

Mr. Richmond worked at Meyer’s Snow Plow for 27 years, retiring in 2011; U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War; Member Fairport Harbor VFW; member of M.O.C Pup Tent 92; enjoyed yard work and ushering at the Cleveland Browns football games.

Survivors include his wife Ruth L. (McCauley) Richmond of 26 years; children Michael (Donalee) Richmond, Tina (Roger) Mitan, and Christopher (Katie) Lewis; grandfather of 5 and a new baby on the way; sister Nancy Van Dame.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hillard Richmond and Elsie Abels; son Brian Richmond.

Per Mr. Richmond’s request, there will be no calling hours.
