Pamela W. Francis

Services for Pamela W. (Babcock) Francis, 61, of Mentor, will be at 11 AM on Monday, August 31, 2026 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Pam passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Born September 19, 1964 in Willoughby, she was a lifelong Mentor resident.

She worked various jobs through the years, at the former Cleveland Crystals Company in Cleveland, as a delivery and set-up worker for Food for Thought, as a bartender, and an independent sales representative for Party-Lite Candles. She was also an active member of the George Hayward Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9295 in Mentor.

Survivors are her husband of 25 years, Allen O. Francis; step-children, Tammie (Jeff) Russ and Tim Francis; step-grandchildren, Josh Likovic and Eric Likovic; brother, Mitch (Laurie) Babcock; sister, Polly Poppy; nephews, Ted (Alex) Babcock and Jonathan (Sarah) Poppy; nieces, Cori Babcock and Jocelyn (Anthony) Brugh and great-nephew, Callan Brugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray W. and Jean K. (Wood) Babcock.

Final resting place will be in Fowlers Mill Cemetery in Munson Township.
