Services for Pamela A. (Bliss) Weber, 70, of Mentor, will be at 11 AM on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Mentor Baptist Church, 7500 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Mentor. The Rev. Brian Landrum will officiate at the service.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Monday, prior to the service at the Church.
Mrs. Weber passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her family.
Born July 18, 1952 in Cleveland, she has lived in Mentor for the past 19 years.
Pam was a member of Mentor Baptist Church, an avid reader, enjoyed studying gemology, gardening and loved all animals. She was also an artist, who enjoyed pencil sketches, and she especially loved hearing the Word of God. Throughout her life, in good times and bad, she always maintained her sense of humor and was an encouragement to others.
Mrs. Weber was employed as a money sorter at the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland before raising her family.
Survivors are her husband of 51 years, Carl; son, Michael (Cheri) Weber; grandchildren, Michael, Nicole and Ashley Weber; sister, Linda (Bob) Downing and brothers-in-law, Kenneth (June) Weber and Thomas (Patricia) Weber. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Weber on January 23, 2003. Her parents, John “Jack” and Claire (Madison) Bliss are also deceased.
Final resting place will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
