Patricia L. "Patti" Gach

Funeral service for Patricia L. “Patti” Gach, 63, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, will be at 11 AM Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Mentor Baptist Church, 7500 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Mentor.

Family will receive friends 5:30-7:30 PM Wednesday and 10-11 AM Thursday at the church.

Patricia passed away March 3, 2023 in Mayfield Heights. Born June 27, 1959 in Wichita, Kansas, she has lived in Mentor-on-the-Lake for the past 33 years.

Patricia was an active member at Mentor Baptist Church serving as financial secretary, deaconess, accounting role, and played flute for the worship team for many years. She was an accountant for Camp Burton and spent many hours volunteering there. She played her flute at the Lakeland Community College Civic Band. She previously volunteered at Willo-Hill Christian School.

Patricia enjoyed family bike rides and supported her son, Curtis, for many years in travelling for school and gymnastics. Neal was very important to her as the eldest son whom she encouraged and cheered on in both his career and family. Her two biggest joys were her grandsons. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Martin; sons, Neal (Chelsea) Gach and Curtis Gach; grandsons, Thomas and Raymond Gach; brothers, Mike (Tina) Ryman and Rick Ryman; sisters and brothers-in-law, Veronica (Bill) Werner, Rose (Jim) Felling, Betty (Mark) Werner, Jerry (Brenda Phillips) Gach, and Brenda (Jim) Gach-Heaney. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ruby (Kingsley) Ryman;

Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery.
