Paulina I. Decola

Services for Paulina I. (Rostocil) DeCola, 89, of Mentor, will be at 11 AM on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church, 8215 Mentor Avenue, Mentor. The Rev. Dr. Kevin L. Guynn will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mrs. DeCola passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Continuing Healthcare of Mentor.

Born November 28, 1928 in Waite Hill, she was a longtime Lake County resident.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Mrs. DeCola was employed as a sales clerk at the former Gray Drug Store at Great Lakes Mall.

Survivors are her husband of 63 years, Charles V. DeCola; children, Allen DeCola, Michael (Karen) DeCola and Maryann (Randy) Bentley; grandchildren, Tina DeCola, Andy DeCola, Bonnie (Josh) Hoff, Michelle DeCola, Brian (Chris) Bentley, Kate Shaffer and John (Amy) Shanahan; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Dakota, Michael, Hydee, Penny, Addie, Brenna, Carson, Addison, Clay and Leah; siblings, Gloria Rostocil, Gordon Rostocil and Ted Rostocil. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ivy (Longley) Rostocil and her siblings, Winnie Widgren, Gil Rostocil and Eva McCravy.

Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery.
