Services for Pauline Irene Brondos, 93, of Willoughby Hills, Ohio will be at 11 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio. The Rev. David McCloskey, pastor of Saint Mark Lutheran Church in Steubenville, Ohio will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Saturday, at the funeral home, prior to the service. Final resting place will be in Union Cemetery in Steubenville following the service.

Miss Brondos passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at The Fairways Assisted Living Center in Wickliffe, Ohio.

Born January 25, 1921 in Coal Ridge, Ohio she has lived in Lake County for the past 18 years.

Miss Brondos was a graduate of Steubenville High School and West Liberty College in West Virginia. She was employed as a medical secretary at the former Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland.

Survivors are her brother, Daniel (Martha Jane) Brondos of Bloomingdale, Ohio and sister, Doris (Milan) Vercimak of Vacaville, California. She also leaves ten nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary (Rebar) Brondos; sisters, Mary Tessler and Eleanor Ritter and brothers, Theodore Paul Brondos and Edward Brondos.

Arrangements entrusted to Davis-Babcock Funeral Home in Willoughby and Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville.
