Phillis passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2023 in her Willoughby home surrounded by family and friends.

Phillis was born June 26, 1950 in Cleveland, she grew up in Eastlake, and graduated from North High School. She married William H. Prall on July 6, 1968 soon after they moved to Willoughby where they raised their family.

Phillis loved the family camping trips to Pymatuning Lake, going to flea markets, crocheting, and taking a ride to nowhere special just get in the car and go. She was a loving caring person and her door was always opened to family, friends, and all the neighborhood kids.

Survivors are her husband, William H. Prall; children, Sherry A. (Karl) Entrap ; William H. Prall, Jr. , Rhonda M. Prall (Bobby Goodrich) and Douglas Prall; grandchildren, Michell Miller, Crystal M. (Nelson) Prall; Paul W. (Cathy) Arnold; Dawn (Mark) Lager; Timmothy Prall, Kyler(Kristy) Stonko and Savana Stonko; great grandchildren, Arnim Strong, TaTyana Robinson, Theo Prall, Nick Arnold, Dominic Lager and Mia Lager; brothers, Charles Carter and Randall L. (Helen) Carter and brother in-law, Ralph Tennyson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Helen Carter; sister, Louise Tennyson and daughter-in-law, Betty Prall.

The family will have a celebration of life get together on August 20, 2023 at Osborne Park in Willoughby, at the north pavilion. The time has not yet been set, but we will post that information in early August.
