Raymond N Zgrabik

Mass of Christian Burial for Raymond N. Zgrabik, 87, of Mentor, will be at 10 AM Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 37932 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Please meet at the church.

Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Raymond passed away peacefully February 1, 2024 at Hillcrest Hospital, Mayfield Heights. Born March 28, 1936 in Cleveland, he lived in Mayfield Heights and Willoughby, prior to moving to Mentor.

Raymond was an U.S. Army Veteran. He was a retired, proud member of the Pipefitters Union.

He enjoyed casino gambling and enjoyed watching all Cleveland sports teams. He loved being with his son and spending time with other family members.

Survivors include his son, Stephen Zgrabik and his sister, Mary Ann (William) Kowalewski. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Zgrabik in 2013. His parents, Frank and Monica (Swiatkowski) Zgrabik and brother, Norbert Zgrabik are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp.
