Rhea Jean Mahle

April 13, 1930 — July 22, 2024

Calling hours for Rhea Jean (Seigworth) Mahle, 94, of Mentor, will be from 5-7 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mrs. Mahle passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024.

Born April 13, 1930 in Lickingville, PA, she was a longtime Willoughby and Mentor resident.

She enjoyed working in her yard, being outdoors and taking care of her house plants. She also enjoyed being barefoot as much as possible.

Mrs. Mahle worked as a registered nurse in Willoughby, and later ran her husband’s law practice.

Survivors are her children, Lisa (David) Link and Stephen Mahle; grandchildren, Gregory (Danielle) Mackey, Rebecca (Chris) Cratty, Jennifer Mahle (Colina), Stephen Mahle, Gemmell Lokey and Kristina (Mike) Borstnik; great-grandchildren, Zach, Evan, Abigail, Linus, Mila, London, Gemma and Ryder and Evelyn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter P. Mahle, on July 23, 2001 and her daughter, Alynn Mahle on October 12, 2022.

Final resting place will be in Miola Cemetery, near Clarion, Pennsylvania.
