Graveside services for Rita H. (Hoffman) Bowers, 94, of Willowick, will be at 11 AM on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at All Souls Cemetery, 10366 Chardon Road, Chardon Township. Please meet in the circle at the front entrance of the cemetery by 10:45 AM.
Mrs. Bowers passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at O’Neill Healthcare in Fairview Park.
Born August 9, 1928 in Pittsburgh, PA, she has lived in Lake County, for the past 55 years.
She was a beloved day care teacher at the former Willoughby Assembly of God, retiring after many years of service.
Survivors are her son, Thomas (Teresa) Bowers and daughter, Loreen (Howard) Haag; granddaughter, Emma Haag and brother, Louis Hoffman. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William on June 11, 2020; her son, Greg Bowers on March 26, 1989 and granddaughter, Delaney Joy Haag October 8, 2002. Her parents, Edward and Ann (Miller) Hoffman and siblings, Ruth Trollman, Lillian Hoover, William Hoffman and Carol Bickel are also deceased.
Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery.

Please meet in the front circle at the cemetery just off of U.S. Route 6 no later than 10:45 AM.
We will enter the cemetery at 11 AM once everyone has arrived.
