Services for Robert S. Miller, 84, of Willoughby, will be at 10 AM Friday, November 30, 2012 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Mr. Miller passed away Friday, November 23, 2012 at Kemper House in Mentor. Born August 3, 1928 in Johnson City, TN, he has lived in Willoughby for the past 50 years. He was a United States Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict as a military police officer in Japan. Mr. Miller was employed as a sheet metal brake operator at the former White Motors Corporation in Cleveland for 28 ½ years. He is survived by his sons, Robert S. Miller, Jr. of Beachwood and Steven R. (April) Miller of Willoughby; grandchildren, Justin, Nicole, Robert III, Stephanie and Steven; great granddaughters, Kylie and Andi Elizabeth and brother, Jack Miller of Naples, FL. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families. His wife of 50 years, Bonnie L. Miller passed away September 2, 2007. His parents, Grover Cleveland and Ethel (Blalock) Miller and five siblings are also deceased. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert A. Gaston will officiate at the service. Final resting place will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens, Willoughby.
