Robert Nubert

Funeral services for Robert Nubert, 90, of Willowick, will be 11 AM on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mr. Nubert passed away Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at Euclid Hospital.

He was born March 20, 1925 in Cleveland.

He was an U.S. Navy Veteran, serving in World War II. He retired from Cyberex and prior to that he worked at Clark Control for many years.

Bob was respected and loved by everyone that knew him, especially his children and grandchildren. “Today the world lost a great man.”

Survivors include his beloved wife, Ethel “Chris” (Herman) of 68 years; cherished children, Connie (Chuck) Turner, Carla (Earl) Harris, Carey (Dale) Baughman, Tom (Vickey) Nubert, Jim Nubert, Cathy (Dave) Satyshur, and Tim (Stephanie) Nubert; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, June Sinclair.

Family will receive friends 4-7 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.

Family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
