Robert M. Nyce

Services for Robert M. Nyce, 84, of Eastlake, will be at 4 PM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mr. Nyce passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Northfield Village Nursing Home in Northfield Village.

Born August 19, 1928 in Bethlehem, PA, he has lived in Northeast Ohio for the past 50 years.

He was a United States Marine Corps veteran and attended Willo-Lake Church of the Nazarene in Eastlake.

Mr. Nyce was a machinist by trade.

Survivors are his children, Nancy (Fred) Schutt of Macedonia, Richard (Cleo) Nyce of Northfield Center and Robert L. (Kris) Nyce of Titusville, FL; five grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and siblings, Gordon, Patty and Betty. He also leaves several nieces and nephews and their families.

His wife, Norma Jean Nyce, passed away November 7, 2002. His parents and siblings, Jack, Marian and Gladys are also deceased.

The family will receive friends from 1-4 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Pastor Todd Gulley of Willo-Lake Church of the Nazarene will officiate at the service.
