Roger L. Hubbard

June 17, 1923 — December 24, 2018

Roger L. Hubbard, 95, of Willoughby, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018 at Brookdale of Wickliffe.

Born June 17, 1923 in New Lyme, he lived in Willoughby for more than 40 years.

He was a World War II United States Army veteran.

Mr. Hubbard was employed as a boiler operator and stationery engineer at the General Electric Tungsten Road plant in Euclid before his retirement.

Survivors are his children, David Hubbard, Elaine Tobul and Dale Hubbard; grandchildren, Diane (Jason) Davis and Robert (Rachel) Tobul; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. He also leaves his sister, Alice Claire Woofter and many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Barbara A. Hubbard on July 1, 2014. His parents, Carl and Grace (Klumph) Hubbard and six siblings are also deceased.

At Mr. Hubbard's request, there will be no calling hours or services.

Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
