Roger J. Kelleher, 81, of Mentor, passed away January 29, 2022. Born October 11, 1940 in Cleveland, he lived most of his life in Mentor.
Roger was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving from 1959-1963. He was a tool and dye machinist.
He loved watching football and boxing and enjoyed boating in his younger years. He loved to walk his beloved dog, Jazzy and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a proud member of the Mentor VFW Post 9295, Mentor Eagles 3605, and the Amvets Post 109.
Survivors include his 7 daughters and many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Juanita Kelleher and his parents, James and Ellen (Collins) Kelleher. His siblings, Loretta Anne Banaszak, Jim Kelleher, Robert Kelleher, and Jack Kelleher are also deceased.
Family will receive friends 1-4 PM Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Military Honors will conclude the visitation at 4 PM.
Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Twp. at a later date.
