Roma W. Kurti
April 13, 1924 — March 23, 2018
Services for Roma Kurti, age 93, of Euclid, will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 6-8 PM and Tuesday April 3, 2018 from 12-1 PM, prior to the service.
She passed away peacefully March 23, 2018.
Mrs. Kurti worked for General Electric and after retiring, she enjoyed volunteering, playing Bingo and watching Family Feud.
She was the matriarch of five generations and is survived by her children, Donna (Bill) Jeray, Paula Cavicchio, Sharon Barren and Donald (LouAnn) Surber; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren and her brother Frank “Buddy” Wenzel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kurti; daughter, Judith Denovich; grandson, Keith Doggette; great-grandson, Jonathan Jeray; sisters, Matilda Piatt, Betty Jean Kosica and Nancy Louise Willrich.
Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township following the service.
