Rosemarie K. Simone

Memorial Mass for Rosemarie K. (Bauer) Simone, 84, of Eastlake, will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Saint Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 35781 Stevens Boulevard, Eastlake. The Rev.Kevin M. Liebhardt will officiate at the Mass.

The family will receive friends from 9-10:30 AM on Wednesday, prior to the Mass, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Final resting place will be in Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights.

Mrs. Simone passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born December 15, 1931 in Cleveland, she has lived in Eastlake for the past 57 years.

She was an avid reader, liked to bake, enjoyed family dinners and hosted all the holidays. She most especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors are her children, Francis Simone, Roseann (John) Sincek, Marion (Rick) Eaton, William (Ursula) Simone and Caroline (KC) Jakubauskas; grandchildren, Johnny (Amy), Jennifer (Alex), Eric, Brian, Myk and Luke; great-grandchildren, Owen, Bryce, Mitchell and Reece; brothers, Rudy and William.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rocco Mario Simone on April 27, 1998. Her parents, William and Rosa (Roden) Bauer and brother, Pete are also deceased.
