Russell A. Zeiler

Russell A. Zeiler passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, surrounded by his loving family.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Pastor Brian Landrum of Mentor Baptist Church will officiate at the service, followed by burial at Mentor Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Russell was born October 16, 1957 in Painesville, and was a lifelong Mentor resident.

Survivors are his wife of 31 years, Janette (Koslo) Zeiler; daughter, Alyssa Marie Zeiler of Willoughby; step-son, Jason (Jeannie) Russell of Eastlake; grandson, Dylan Russell; mother, Dolores Zeiler of Mentor and brothers, Glenn Zeiler of Grand River and Scott Zeiler of Colorado Springs, CO. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Zeiler in 2002 and his brother, Charles N. Zeiler in 2012.
