Services for Ruth Ann “Annie” (nee: Roniger) Kaiser, 92, of Willoughby, will be at 7 PM on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Thursday, prior to the service.
Mrs. Kaiser passed away peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2025 at Hospice House in Cleveland.
Born July 21, 1933 in Bedford, she has lived in Willoughby for the past 40 years.
She was a member of the former Reformation Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eastlake and the VFW Willoughby Post 1500 Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Kaiser was employed as retail clerk at the Willoughby Post Office for 28 years, and retired in 1993.
Survivors are her children, Belinda (Ken) Brooks, Patrick Bruce, Toby (Bill) Krause and Darlene Eden; grandchildren, David Brooks, Patrick (Alisa) Martin, Nori (Neal) Wolf, Cole (Michelle) Eden, Keri Thomas, Bill Krause, Kevin (Sonya) Krause, Matt (Sue) Eden, Tara (John) Deets, James Bruce, Sarah (Nick) Bruce and Mary Bruce and 14 great-grandchildren. She also leaves her brother, Paul “Gil” Roniger and daughter-in-law, Rita Bruce and many nieces and nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Bruce in 1974; her second husband, James Kaiser, in 2001, her son, Harry Michael Bruce and son-in-law, Robert Eden. Her parents, Gilbert and Dorothy (Frank) Roniger, brothers, Bruce Roniger and Lewis Roniger and sisters-in-law and best friends, Patricia Roniger and Judi Wilt are also deceased.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 10 AM on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Willoughby Cemetery, 4145 Madison Avenue, Willoughby.
