Samuel H. Kunsman

Services for Samuel H. Kunsman, 62, of Wickliffe, will be at 2 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 12 -2 PM on Saturday, prior to the service.

Sam passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at his home.

Born February 10, 1958 in Cleveland, he was a longtime Wickliffe resident.

He enjoyed working out and was a semi-professional body builder. He attended and volunteered at a local church and attended and led AA meetings regularly.

Sam was employed as a machinist at the former Chase Brass and Copper Company in Euclid and most recently worked as a meat-cutter at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Willoughby.

Survivors are his children, Adam (Dana) Kunsman and Jessica (Paul) Gall; grandchildren, Maddox, Macie, Paul, Peyton and Parker; parents, Walter and Alice (McGarvey) Kunsman; siblings, John Kunsman, Jim (Terry) Kunsman, Dan (Donna) Kunsman, Cathy (Tony) Wieland and Debbie (Frank) Mannarino. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families and his former wife, Janice Kunsman.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to a local AA chapter.
