Sandra M. Tuggle

Services for Sandra M, (Young) Tuggle, 80, of Concord Township, will be at 10 AM on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Tuggle passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024 at her home.

Born June 16, 1944 in Cleveland, she has lived in Concord Township for the past 13 years.

She was a former member of Fairport Harbor Yacht Club and was an avid reader. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors are her children, Frachard (Louise) Tuggle, Machelle Russo, Karla Frascarelli and Hope (Justin) Hamilton; grandchildren, Jason (Katie), Alex, Haley (Rick), Kaylyn, Max, Joe, Samantha, Claire, Ella and Charlie; great-grandchildren, Roman, Gavin, Charlotte, Cassie and Florence and siblings, Jean (Marty) Johnson, Bill (Cathy) Young and Ruth Ann Kelley. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frachard James Tuggle, Jr. on March 28, 2011. Her parents, Roy and Helen (McFee) Young and brother, Clint Young are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Bedford Heights.
