Sharon E. Ozinga

Memorial services for Sharon E. (Hill) Ozinga, 68, of Willowick, will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Willo-Hill Baptist Church, 4200 State Route 306, Willoughby. The Rev. David Hackney will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, August 13, 2014, at Willo-Hill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ozinga passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

Born March 24, 1956 in Rome, NY, she has lived in Willowick for the past 36 years.

Sharon was a member of Willo-Hill Baptist Church and faithfully served there in Sunday School, Awana and various other capacities. She loved her family and most enjoyed her title of “Grandma”- always going above and beyond for them.

Survivors are her husband of 45 years, Thomas; daughter, Rebecca (Logan) Underhill; sons, Joseph (Brandi Blassingille) Ozinga and Daniel (Krista) Ozinga; granddaughters, Esther and Florence and her siblings, Martha Hill, Mark (Marcia) Hill and Joanna (Jay Powers) Hill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Burritt and Lurline (Troyer) Hill.
