Stefan Schwan

Stefan P. Schwan, 69, of Willoughby, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born March 16, 1943 and has lived in Willoughby for the past 47 years. Mr. Schwan was employed as a machinist for Rockwell International. He retired in 2008 after 45 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Ann; children, Stefanie (Mike) Whiting, Jennifer (Robert) Carlson, Jason (Joelle) Schwan, Adam Schwan and Jessica (Thomas) Majercik; grandchildren, Seth and Emily Carlson; Olivia, Lauren and Jason Schwan; great grandson, Robert Carlson; brother, Frank (Linda) Schwan and sister, Irene Mekker. No public viewing or formal services will be held in honor of Mr. Schwan's request.
