Stephen Douglas Merrell

Stephen D. Merrell, 47, of Eastlake, passed away peacefully January 6, 2023.

He was born December 10, 1975 in Willoughby.

Steve worked at T&D Fabricating for 17 years, prior to working at Lowe’s. He enjoyed carpentry and gardening and spending time with his family, especially vacationing together.

Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Christine (Krane) Merrell; daughter, MaKenzie Merrell; father, Douglas Merrell; sister, Tina (Dean) Diehl; step-brother, Richard Cunningham and his step-sister, Jessica Merrell. He also leaves behind his step-grandmother, Shelvy Cunningham and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Sandra (Swanner) and Richard Cunningham.
