Vivian I. Beech

Services for Vivian I. (Krohn) Beech, 93, of Waite Hill, will be at 11 AM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive family and friends from 4-8 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Beech passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at her home surrounded by family and her grand puppies.

Born May 29, 1929 in Newbury Township, Vivian was a lifelong Lake County resident.

Vivian enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, and was a lifetime fan of her beloved (Indians) Guardians and rarely missed a game. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Beech was employed as a custodian in the Kirtland Public Schools prior to her retirement in September 1991.

Survivors are her daughters, Cheryl (Michael) Bowers-Hogg and Susan Kusmier; son, Allen Beech, Sr. (Karen Pizzano); grandchildren, Andrew Bowers, Carli Gelofsack, Mitchell Kusmier, John Kusmier, Allen Beech, Jr. and Kim Clark and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur W. Beech on August 27, 2001 and her son, Barry Beech on January 12, 2003. Her parents, Otto and Lena (Bishop) Krohn, brothers, Howard, Lyle and Leonard Krohn and sister, Margaret Mortimer.

Final resting place will be in South Kirtland Cemetery following the service on Friday.
