Wendell Victor Peterson

A Celebration of Life for Wendell V. Peterson, 91, of Lyndhurst, will be at 3 PM on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Wendell passed away January 19, 2022 in Mayfield Village. He was born December 1, 1930 in Fremont, OH.

He was a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, receiving his degree in electrical engineering. He was co-founder of Cyberex Inc. in Mentor. Following his retirement, he and his wife, Jeanne, moved to South Carolina and enjoyed traveling the world.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Jeanne M. (Bidzovsky) Peterson; children, Doug (Aline) Peterson, Debbie (David) Charlesworth, and Kathy (Ron) Sidhu; grandchildren, John (Leslie) Charlesworth, Michael Charlesworth, Katie Charlesworth, Jesse (Leah) Sidhu, and Jordin Sidhu; great-grandsons, Luke and Joshua Charlesworth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Rosa (Hoefer) Peterson and his siblings, Marvin Peterson and Evelyn Gilman.
