William H. Penn

Services for William H. Penn, 89, of Eastlake, will be at 10 AM on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the funeral home.

Mr. Penn passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 in Willoughby.

Born February 7, 1929 in Fayette County, PA, he was longtime Mentor resident and enjoyed wintering in Florida and summering in Andover after his retirement.

He was a United States Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Penn was employed as a machinist at the Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, retiring in 1991.

Survivors are his wife of 61 years, Doris (Hartley); daughters, Darlene (Steve) Adkins and Vickie Nespeca; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce and brother, Ronnie. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert C. and Viola Mae (Adams) Penn, sister, Lois and brothers, Jimmy and Joby.

Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
