William H. "Billy" Prall, Jr.

August 22, 1971 – October 19, 2024

Billy passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

He was born and raised in Willoughby and attended Willoughby South High School.

Billy loved fishing, hunting, camping and eagle watching.

He is survived by his children, Michelle Miller, Crystal Prall, Kyler (Ashley) Stonko and Savana Stronko; grandchildren, Darryl Strong, TaTyana Robinson and Theo Prall; father, William H. Prall, Sr.; sisters, Sherry Prall and Rhonda Janek and his girlfriend, Tracy Blenman.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phillis Prall; his grandparents, Louis and Helen Carter and his girlfriend Heather Ramian.
